Hacking Reassembling my DS Phat. Need help.

So I dropped my DS Phat, the hinge broke, I bought a replacement shell. I've taken the whole thing apart following a guide and a youtube video for a visual, but those were both 1 way deals. Neither showed how to put it back together. I'm having some issues.

I've put the speakers back in, put the 3 ribbons in near the speakers, but now I'm lost >
