Im trying to get this cheat action replay code

to work in the pico drive psp emulator the problem is it only supports game genie... is there a way to convert action replay codes to game genie? or a way to save the codes to the rom like this http://gbatemp.net/threads/gba-auto-trainer-maker-gbaatm.99334 ?

so i tried all of them none of them opened except ggencoder it gave me this code YCJT-B92Y and it doesnt work this is the orignal code
