Hacking [Realease] ReiNand Cfw

Hi guys, i have the same problem of many others here: after reinand, "an error has occurred". How I solve this? Can someone send me this magic old beta of reinand?

For what it's worth, the beta version that was linked earlier didn't work for me and at least one other poster. The beta version that's been pm'ed around worked quite nicely though.

For me this version works very well.

My Sysnand is n3ds 9.0.0-20 EUR.
I updated the Emunand to 9.5 and tried the reinand version linked on pastebin.
But with this version I also get the error.
So I went back to the beta and it works.

Finally on emunand 9.5. Thanks guys. Now just need to figure out how to card files to the SD card without keeping the back off.

You can give it a try. But imo this one will only work on EUR consoles.
You need the one that's pm'ed here around.

Best way to differentiate between the two would be to format your sysNAND;
Turn off 3DS
Power on 3DS
Remove memory card (it'll complain, but it's fine)
Go to System Settings -> Other Settings -> Format System Memory
3DS will format and eventually reboot (it'll ask to connect to the internet to format - this is fine, it won't try to update)
After it's all set up again, insert the SD card (it'll recreate folders for sysNAND settings etc)
Boot CN and run the hack

On my system, the folder layout and theme are different on sys/emuNANDs. This is how I would tell which I'm running...

Didn't actually get a pm which would have been useful. Anyway, I don't really see Gateway as warez (granted I don't know what's in their code), but now I know it's not allowed to link their updates here.

Yeah, it'd be nice if a "your post has been moderated" message showed up in your alerts. Then at least you could check the reason attached to your mod edit.

It is difficult to know you've done something wrong if they just silently edit your post. As with you, most people probably don't realise the Gateway loader contains Nintendo code. It's not something you'd know until someone pointed it out.

AFAIK, N3DS is limited to 9.5 on all CFW.

No, 9.5 is the limit for N3DS emunand

I renamed reiNand.dat to Launcher.dat and tried to run it on my 4.5.0-9U 3DS with thre MSET DS Profile Exploit and it crashes. Tried it 4 times. All other Launcher.dat's work though.

Are there any benefits on updating emuNAND to 9.5? I think it is better to stay with 9.2... Eshop Spoofer does not work on 9.5 and all.. there are methods proven to work that make it possible to play almost any game in a 9.0~9.2 device... I think Ill stay in 9.2 for now

Amiibo support wasn't added until 9.3 iirc.
