Hacking 'Real-time on/off Enable' in R4 Cheat Menu?

Does that mean real time saves, or something else? because I know people keep wanting to have real time saves...

I did check the sticky, i didnt find anything.

It means real time cheats. Press L+R+up to turn them on, L+R+Down to turn themm off.
