Actually it says Sonic Transformed and not Generations. So it could be Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed.

Just downloaded Demon Gaze, it's not even a VPK, just a simple rip, and the files are not even psf decrypted.

As the later said, everything is encrypted. Everyone can make this, dump your cart or PSN apps, but without at least EBOOT.BIN decrypted, it's a waste of spacedisk!

An account signed up and posted the same thing at Wololo yesterday, different name but exact same titles. It seemed from the post the person was completely unaware the games needed to be decrypted.
