But, (However,) IOS-Loader is NOT what these are.
There is NO ISO LOADER

ISO = an ".iso" file (usually) which can be loaded (launched/played/ran)

BACKUP = a DISC with an ISO burnt onto it, to then be LAUNCHED/PLAYED

if there were better english words that said the right thing, we would use them, I swear.

Technically, disc images of Wii games aren't proper ISOs anyway. The file system they use doesn't conform to official CD or DVD standards.
