Is there anyone that has gotten this to boot at least 90% of the time? It's constantly freezing on the menuhax boot screen/white bottom screen.

If you're getting a white screen on menuhax, the problem is in menuhax itself. BootCtr is only loaded after the (in)famous debug screen from menuhax.

The latest release can't load payloads (it loads 3dsx files though) on my New 3DS where the previous one worked. Same config file, same ReiNand.dat/Decrypt9WIP.bin, tried setting a delay in the .ini and nothing changed.
EDIT: fixed, it's the osSetSpeedupEnable. Removed that and everything works as intended.

Here's a fixed build for New3DS http://www21.zippyshare.com/v/DFN8Ac07/file.html

Thanks for the report. This is an "official" build including the fix: https://github.com/m45t3r/BootCtr/releases/tag/v1.2.1

The fix is already pushed in the repository too.

Just wanted to thank you @m45t3r this program is really lightweight and works great for auto-booting ReiNand 3.1 and HBL via L shoulder button. I gave up on the CTRbootmanager, the source was impossible to compile, even after sourcing out every missing lib/tool... Yours on the other hand can be built in 5 seconds with a simple toolkit. Keep up the good work! :yay3ds:

nice, best manager!

é justamente o que eu estava procurando, um manager simples e direto, que desse boot direto na rxtools... sem aquela UI do ctrbootmanager!

How do I tell BootCtr to boot in to reinand's 3dsx file?
This is the entry I have:

[DEFAULT]
path = /3ds/ReiNand/ReiNand.3dsx

Everytime I boot it, it tells me:

An error occured when loading the payload.
Make sure your launcher is located at: /ReiNand.dat
Press key to continue

I'm on a New 3DS (U) with reinand 3.1

It seems that you forgot to put ReiNand.dat at the root of your SD Card. This error does not seem to be related with BootCtr at all.

Do I need the ReiNand.dat file to load the .3dsx file?

I don't know how ReiNand works (I don't have a N3DS). However every CFW needs a binary payload, and I am sure that ReiNand.dat should be the binary payload from ReiNand.

Anyway, instead of pointing to the .3dsx file, you can point directly to the payload doing something like this:

Code:
[DEFAULT]
path = /ReiNand.dat

Okay, booting reinand from HB with the ReiNand.dat file in the root works, h̶o̶w̶e̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶b̶o̶o̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶f̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶.̶3̶d̶s̶x̶ ̶u̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶B̶o̶o̶t̶C̶t̶r̶ ̶d̶o̶e̶s̶n̶'̶t̶.̶

I don't know if I'm tired, or just plain stupid. Things work now. PEBCAK x2 today.
