Misc Rc24 agreement/contract black screen

Hi there, so I already installed riiconnect24 on my Wii and I need to read the agreement/contract. Here's the problem, I already connected my Wii to the internet and after that I go to the agreement/contract. I clicked on it and it only shows a black screen. Is there any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello.

Maybe your Country is actual not supported.
If your Wii is NTSC then you can try "USA"
If your Wii is PAL then you can try to use "United Kingdom".

My Wii is Pal. And I set my region to United Kingdom. And even though I already set it to UK, it still not work.
