I'm pretty sure I've used RawkSD with SoftChip r99 and IOS 222 (rev3 at the time) and a backup disc (since I've never had an original for this). I had to jump through some hoops, but I did get it to work.If you can get it working on your own, power to you. Just don't bug the devs about it not working. Also, don't forget that v3 won't support backups.

In REAPER, double-click the instrument part track to open the MIDI editor. At the bottom of the editor box is a section for text events, represented as green arrow-box-thingies. The first one is the Track Name while the rest are Events. Double-click the track name and change it to correspond to the instrument for that track.
