The ones I see go for prices like $70 or higher are TWEWY, Nanostray, Electroplankton and Another Code.

I'm not sure why Warioware Touched is rare though...

Lost in the Blue is supposed to be rather rare. My cousin has that Nintendo DS with the Nintendogs though, she got it a couple of years ago for X-Mas...I know because I was Black Friday shopping with my uncle. I had Trace Memory, but I loaned it to a friend and it got stolen with my Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town...he never paid me back and refused to do it. I got TWEWY out of boredom during my lunch break last year as I worked next door to Best Buy. My sister still has her copy of Trace Memory.

Again, I can still find Electroplankton and Another Code in shops.

Wait 100 years, then they'll be rare. Maybe by then even Scribblenauts will be worth something.

hm... anyone seen metroid prime hunters in the shops lately? ive not seen it for years XD and its one of the best rated games for the DS. i can see mario kart and thats older than MPH.

LOL (Yes, the game I'm talking about is named: Lol )

That's a rare, and only multilayer game. (yes for DS.)

It's around 2MB I thought.

I see quite a few of them down here.
I don't think that's what he meant.

i also noticed something i don't quite like.
several launch titles and other 3½-4½ year old games are still sold for their full €44,95 price here! ($66,84)
That really annoys me too. I'd like games like New Super Mario Bros. for the collection, but that's just too expensive. You can also find them for 30 euros if you search, but that's still too much.

No such thing as a rare DS game thanks to flashcarts.
People who actually pay a ton of money for rare games are hilarious. (my friend bought electroplankton for 50$ and thought it was the best deal ever, till I reminded him for under 50$ he could get a flashcart+microSD and have infinite games..)

Oh, and really popular DS games of course still sell at original price.
Has Mario Kart gone down yet? I haven't checked.
It's crazy how expensive some DS games are, especially when you consider how old they are.

Odds are Nintendo keep the price up because it still sells so well. I mean, most every store that sells DS games (in the States, at least) has a bunch of new copies of Mario Kart. Usually budget pricing only comes once a game's popularity curve and sales have fallen drastically, but that still hasn't been the case for Mario Kart.

I thought there was like Biker Mice from Mars or something? I bet ya Sideswiped will be real rare in a few years.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and all the kiosk demos.

i have mph: first hunt

they should have kept the "kill metroid things until you die" mode in the final game, its actually fun

You erased the part of my post that sort of hinted I already knew that, lol.
I'm aware WHY the prices are like that.

It really sucks sometimes.
Except when awesome console games are super cheap really fast because idiots don't like them.

the usa electroplankton goes for $50-150 on ebay

That's was the first ever DS games. I found it on some website.

I downloaded Electroplankton, what was it even supposed to do? All you do is touch it and it makes noises.

Wait so Another Code and Chronos Twin are rare? I bought another code a while back and I saw 'bout 20 copies of Chronos Twin a couple of weeks back for 13 euros a piece.
