ROM Hack Randomizing pokemon models?

Is there any way to shuffle the pokemon textures or models? I tried to use Pk3ds's built in GARC shuffler on 0/0/8 where they are located in ORAS, but it doesn't allow me to shuffle that specific garc. Any way to get around this, or an alternative way?
