Homebrew Randomized Pokemon Sun, Accidentally Suspended software on Luma3DS

So I am on version Sys 11.2.0-35U and I randomized Pokemon Sun. It was working until I suspended software and closed it (Didn't look at Warning Pop-Up, thought it was a tutorial for 3DS). I am on Luma3DS Custom Firmware. Help?

I didn't mention this in first post but, It goes to a black screen when load, using SaltySD
