    Sounds like a NAND backup file, you need that.

    Yeah I know. I didn't have it yesterday tho and I'm wondering what that is.

    When you go through setting up a9lh, that file is made automatically. It can be used to restore your 3ds to the way it was when the file was made, in case of a brick.

    Alright I figured out. The latest version of Decrypt9 which I just updated gives me an option to dump that CEM10645250_nandmin.bin.

    So it's something new added in the latest versions of Decrypt9 and Hourglass9.
