Soo...what do you guys think of Rainmeter? Love it? Hate it? Indifferent?

I used to play with it a while back but stopped for...some reason. Decided to download it again and play around with it some more, so does anyone know any nice skins?

I only use it for monitoring CPU/RAM/storage space.
I still keep the usual desktop, though. I don't see the point of a screen filled with rainmeter and zero icons like a lot of people set up.

As for skins... I don't know. I use Lanette's PC (It's a Pokemon "party" thing where their life bars are the meters)
It's not nice though, so don't look it up. P:

I don't see any necessity in it. I've always been one to look in the system tray for the time, task manager for CPU/RAM usage, and Windows Explorer for disk usage. No sense in taking up more of the last three just to check those.

However, that isn't to say I wouldn't use it. Now that you've reminded me of it, I might try it out next week.

No need for it. Themes and such do nothing for productivity. Also for monitoring your ram/cpu usage, there are windows 7 gadgets for that. Much better imo.

I used rain-meter a while back, but quickly got bored of it.

But that was last year, maybe I will re-download it again to see how much has changed.

Its pretty good, I use it to monitor performance and what not on my second screen. Not too CPU intensive and blends in nicely with the wall paper.
