Hardware Rainbow dead pixel

I have a 3ds that has three dead pixel rainbows and its annoying the out of me
Is there a easy fix? Its hard to take a photo of it cause my camrea has the worst quality and never shows up but I can describe it:
Its a straight line and has a rainbow effect and only appears top screen.

Pay a electronic repair specialist or do it yourself. You can't cheat fixing hardware problems, especially LCD ones.

If the rainbow seems to change colours when moving the console, then it's likely that only the plastic "cover" (i can't fucking figure out the proper name) of the screen is scratched, which can be replaced with an hairdryer and a suction cup

Ok just got a 3ds xl from my local game store, It wouldn't charge so it was like £35 (45$). I'll been changeing that plastic cover or whatever right now.
