Hacking R4i3D White screen

It was working perfect with Wood R4 until yesterday i updated my firmware to play Pokemon black 2 now my DS turns on shows logo and then white screen if i remove the cartridge it loads up normal idk what to do i found out my old DSTT was a clone aswell

How exactly did you "update the firmware"?

i was using an old version of wood r4 i didnt know it was a clone until i looked around and i installed the original r4 menu and it stopped working then reinstalled using the site written on the cartridge it worked again so i dual booted YSmenu now it doesnt work at all i put in the cartridge my ds turns on then white screen

This is what you extracted onto the cart? You need the kernel for game updates, not the firmware.

You didn't shut it off halfway through the firmware update, did you?
