Hacking r4i-yes fake or real ?

i bought an r4i yesterday
it is called r4i-yes and i want to know if it is going to work on 3ds 3.0.0.6

I know another user here that has the R4i-advance (essentially the same card) and he told me, he has tried everything to get it to update for 3.0.06 firmware, to no avail. So the r4i-yes isn't fake, per say, just not compatible with 3.0.06 firmware YET.

Pic from your link's homepage. It states "3DS 2.0/2.1" but no 3.0, so I assume it isn't compatible (I doubt such a crappy-looking clone would be able to update either).
