The R4i I'm trying to use just shows a blank screen. The 3DS detects it just fine, but when trying to launch it there's no menu there's just a white screen. The URL on it is www.r4igold.cn so I don't know if it runs Wood or YSmenu but the cart is a tan colour, the version on the sticker says 1.4, and the label sticker on the cartridge looks official. Any ideas of things I can do to fix it?

If it shows a microSD icon with 'MENU?' text then it's going to be a DSTT(i) clone.
Download the latest YSMenu release from RGF's Multi-Cart Update package: https://gbatemp.net/download/retrogamefan-multi-cart-update.35737/
Make a copy of 'TTMenu.dat' and rename it to 'iLL.iL', then copy the rest of the files onto the root of the microSD card, as well as your ROMs in the "Games" directory.
