Hacking R4i-SDHC 3DS RTS card "WIFI Engine" problem error -1071

I tried using "WiFi Engine" through a Nintendo DSi.

When I click on the "Wifi Engine" on the screen I get
Please wait!
Connecting to WIFI ... (Restart machine if black screen)
Connection Success!
Internal IP : Adr: ---.---.-.--- <(my IP)
Please wait!
Connecting to sever ...
Connect to server success!
Request login to server ...
Login to server failure!
Error code: -1071

I've tried two different micro SDs and firmwares : V1.76, V1.78 and V1.79 (latest)

Can anyone help ?

Correct me if I'm wrong but didnt Ninty announce that they'd discontinue Wifi Connection Service for Dsi games starting from 20th May 2014?

No I'm not talking about the Nintendo Wifi Connect.
I'm talking about a Wifi Engine for an R4 card.
It updates the card.
