Hacking R4i Save Dongle Help!

Hello, so I received an R4i Save Dongle today and am experiencing a problem.
After testing and genning some pokémon over to X and Y for a while (I genned alot for friends, myself and such)
But now, I do Card - PC with Pokemon White 2 in.
I edit the sav with pokegen
I do PC - Card. The buttons go gray for about 5 seconds, and the bar doesn't move at all (it's a gray bar for the full 5 seconds) then the buttons go green again. I should also note that through genning my pokémon, sometimes my white 2 would reset so I'd have to go through the starter bit then save and start genning again.

I have been trying for the past hour but I always get the same outcome: It makes no progress, doesn't show up with the message confirming that the game had been edited either. It keeps going gray, then back to green. Around 4 tries in, it worked. I put White 2 in my 2ds and started Poketransfer. I was hoping the save dongle wouldn't do it again, BUT, soon the poketransfer said 'No save file found for Pokémon White 2' so it didn't work.

Any help? Is my white 2 game broke? Is my Save dongle broke?

UPDATE: Upon further testing, the save file gets deleted when I attempt to do PC - Card. Note that PC - Card for me isn't working..

I have also been having this same problem. I'm using white 2 and after i place the white 2 cartridge into the dongle

Do card to PC

Edit and save my pokemon,

And the do PC to card

And then turn on my white 2 game on my 3DS, my save file has been completely deleted. No Continue option, just the New Game tab.
So i go through the whole starter process, try again, and yet again, it deletes my save file and the Pokegenned pokemon i made is not in the pc, although it passes all legality checks.

So i have no idea what's going on, any help would be extremely appreciated. Someone please respond!

Is your Save Dongle firmware updated to the latest version?

If it's not on version 1.3, use this: http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/upfile/SaveDongle_Firmware_Uploader.rar to flash the .bin file from here: http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/upfile/SaveDongle_v1.3.zip

Yes i have firmware version 1.3
I followed the instructions in a few different instructional videos to a T. I must be missing something
