Okay, so I've looked everywhere and I've yet to find any information that doesn't contradict itself two posts later. So I figured I'd ask here.
1) Do you really need two 3DS's in order to update the R4i Golden cart to work on 6.2/6.3 or is there a place where the carts are sold already updated or can I do the update with one 3DS?
2) Will the updated cart work on 6.2/6.3 Zelda 3DS XL?
I know they're noob questions but I haven't been able to find reliable answers.
