Hacking R4i Gold Stopped Working

Hi guys,

I love the site and I'm sorry if this has been asked, but I couldn't find help anywhere.

I have the r4i gold card for 3ds and it was working fine. It has/had the latest updates from r4ids.cn and the site said that I could update my 3ds to the latest firmware and it would still work (even has a video as proof), but now I'm getting "an error has occurred" message on every boot up.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

Does it work on another DS? If so it sounds like it DIDN'T have the latest update.

Do note that Wood is NOT the firmware/compatiblity update, it's for game updates, not system updates.

Well, I don't have another ds, so no idea, but I got all my files from the official site.
Do I need to do something with the wood file or get a new one?

This has nothing to do with Wood, this is a bootloader or brick issue.

You'll need another/older DS, either to test, or to fix it with.
