Hacking R4i gold DSi 1.4 and Korg DS-10 save problem

Tried to find proper solution everywhere but didn't came across the save problem for the korg.

tried many firmwares but the save function doesnt work.

the firmware for the card is from www.r4ids.com which it says in the box.
DSi blue with 1.4E

when i push save it freezes saying saving.. but the game itself keeps looping in the background. like it's still playing.

I have DSlite with the original R4 and it works great.
I would like to use the R4 firmware savegames so it would easy to copy em between the DSL and DSi.

what should i do?

my r4ultra doing the same!
my preversious card was a R4 and not an ultra and it worked fine, i had 2 korg on it with different names and it saved the "game"
there was no bugs like this with the original R4
