Hacking R4i Gold 3DS Real Time Streaming Protocol - safe to delete?

Read the title. It's hoarding space in my 8GB microSD. Is it safe to delete?

*It's a file type, that is created as soon as a game is played
*Can I delete this without breaking the game?

RTSP = a video format/protocol and has absolutely NOTHING to do with the R4i. What's probably happening is that it creates an additional files for the Real Time Save mechanism.
