Hi there I have never bought a flashcart before so I’m not sure about some of this stuff.

Check it on shoptemp, there are numerous places to shop from, off the top of my head, gamekool is a reliable distributor.
Apparently they have decent shipping times and some of the lowest prices.

it is hard to find a store saling flashcard in Canada. you can turn to other resellers which is oversea. here http://shoptemp.net/shop/oz3ds.html is a good place to buy R4i 3ds flashcard

I contacted some stores from r4ids.cn and I found out alot of them ship internationally.
I went with Gamezway.
