yes, i know that's the link from its website. but the kernel and the patch doesn't work.
can someone help me where to find the kernel and patch for this? it has to work on the 3ds v.4,4-01

Patches don't mix across carts, you need the patch for your cart, which comes from your cart's site.

If there is no patch for your cart there, then there is no patch for your cart.
