Actually, no there aren't. SD technology is limited to 2 GB because their file system is formatted to FAT16. However, a "homebrewed" version was created and formatted to FAT32 making their limitations at 4GB. That said, there are no 4 GB microSD cards.
I'm not upset about it, I just wanted to see how well you could lie to me![]()
EDIT: Forgot to add - Also note that the Homebrewed 4 GB cards have major fragmentation problems due to the forced formatting.
lol forced formatting!!
how the hell do you do that.....![]()

Hell if I know, I never made the thing. Probably just windows FAT32 formatting in DOS. (My brother's 4 GB card has a 2 GB shell on it).

Ugh, don't post wasteful comments like that it's annoying. Anyway, I answered your question:
yes, a 4 GB card does work on the R4 (How well it works, I don't know).
What? you mean those cards that you were swearing blindly a few posts ago DONT exist?
I read the last few of your posts and you seem to have a very limited understanding of things like filesystems. Sure certain filesystems can only address up to a certain amount of space, but there is nothing to stop you putting pretty much any filesystem you want onto the cards, other than the fact that the firmware most likely wont support it.
Wasteful comments? What is annoying is your not admitting when you are wrong.
I'm pretty sure the new R4 firmware will support up to 16Gb's? That's what I heard anyway. However, I don't see why you don't just get 2 2Gb cards. It's the same thing, isn't it?![]()

hmm, i was pretty sure it would be 32GBa lot of space anyway
and, if you had 2 2GBs you would need 2 FW's thus, taking up more space than a 4GB
yay, for once i looked smart![]()

Well, I suppose you got me on that. But come on, though. It's not like the FW takes up THAT much space :>
