So whats the big deal then? Just because it's the US complaining again, doesn't mean DX can't open a website just for the R4, hosted in any other country.

Edit: Seems you can't buy the R4 standalone, but you can buy bundles still. =D

Wow guess I got lucky as well I ordered mine almost a week ago and those are already on their way.

Anyhow, according to the information on that specific forum from those that work at DealExtreme: The problem is that their host computer, which is on US territory, is not allowed to offer R4s because it has 'Nintendo boot codes'. So they don't have a shortage of R4s (like a few months ago), but are unable to offer them on-site because of possible site lock-down by said organization.
What I don't understand is how can that US organization be that powerful?

Yeah me neither, i don't really understand how they can stop them like that, but then again, if it's official it's better to leave it and risk getting into deep trouble with an organisation that lies a lot higher.
