I know the R4CCE, it can edit "cheat.dat" (usrcheat, etc...)

But, what can i use to edit "extinfo.dat" ?

Im looking for a tool to read what is inside an extinfo.dat
like R4CCE

The code used in extinfo.dat is very close to the code for a "cheat.dat"
so, maybe it is possible to creat a tool like R4CCE for "extinfo.dat"
