Hacking R4 Slowdown =(

I just got my R4, assuming there would be no slowdown at all. Castlevania intro runs great on my 2GB Sandisk.

However, Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam always has slowdown when there are more than 2 people on screen.

Is this normal, or not? I got the same shit from the M3 lite, too. =(

It's a relatively new game, and as far as I know, THDJ has slowdowns in the R4, no matter what card you use. This may be fixed in the future, but time will tell

THDJ also had slowdowns on my M3 SD. Does anyone know if maybe the slowdown is from the original game, because thats the only game I've ever had issues with.

i play it on my ds-x and there no slowdown so i dont think its on the retail card

No slowdown on my G6. Slowdown on my R4 though. I think it might be hard to make a 'fix' for it as it could mostly be hardware related rather than software.
