Hacking R4 skin

Hello, I have a R4i 3ds dts card and I want to add skins but when I download a skin and I add it to the skin folder, they don’t work, only the skin from the official r4 website work
What should I do please ?
Also where can I find a lot of Pokemon r4 skin ?
