Hacking R4 sdhc rts lite saving issue

For some reason with gen 5 pokemon games, when I save in the game, instead of reloading the save like it's nothing with my soulsilver, it doesn't save anything, and I have an r4 .sav file next to it. Idk how to load that .sav file.

Any help is greatly appreciated...
