Hacking R4 SDHC KERNEL REQUEST

I have a R4 FlashCard, i got him in 2014, with my 3DS XL, but, now, when i enter my R4 in my 3DS, it says: "System file is missing".
Can somebody send me a download link for this kernel? the R4 is: NEW R4 sdhc 3ds dsi dual core
In his back have a sticker, it with TECOS 2008 whrite
