Hacking r4 sdhc cheat function problem

i have a r4sdhc with a 8 gb kingstone.games at the beginning have cheat functions but games at the bottom don't have cheats.i know this is a firmware problem and there is a patch for the real r4.but my r4 sdhc is a clone and the patch doesn't work with it.but i believe the original patch can be used with a little modification.can someone please tell me what i can do?

Put only the cheats for the games you have in the cheat database

1. Use the guide in my sig for YSMenu.
2. If that doesn't work, tell me the firmware you use (1.24, 1.25, 1.21, or 1.50).
