Hey guys, so I have a r4 revolution ds flashcart. Pictured on the left in the attachment, which was taken off the 3ds guide site. Just making sure its compatible with ntrboothax? And I'm guessing it won't work using a single 3ds so I'll have to use a ds/dsl/dsi correct? Thanks for any help.

Yes

That's an R4i Ultra in the picture, which was an Acekard 2i clone. If you have an original R4, it won't work.

Well my friend is letting me borrow it, says its the same as in the picture. So if its an ultra I'd just follow the steps as if its an acekard 2i? Anyway to tell once I have it which one it is?

I think so, just make sure it's the exact same as the picture, especially the website URL. A lot of these R4 clones look so similar it's hard to tell them apart.

Anyway to tell if its the clone or an original r4?
Original R4 looks exactly like this:

Gray case, shiny silver label, and spring loaded MicroSD slot. Also IIRC it has a MicroSD symbol on the back. I believe there's no cutout in the plastic for the chip so the label should be completely flush.
Note: This cart is not firmware upgradable and can't be used with ntrboot.
