Hacking R4 question

i've just been wondering this for a while but wat does that "Real time on/off enable" do and can anyone tell me how to use it? thanks

huh? what do you mean?
if you mean that little 'R' in a circle goin red or green, it means if you want to turn on in game reset. you returm to the r4 menu

it means u can enable or disable the cheats u selected in between the games

Sorry, its a Soft-Reset button.
If its red, then you can reset by holding ABXY and L+R. If its green, you can't stop the MP:H WiFi stats server.

nah i know what that is lol i was wondering about the one with the words in the cheat menu when u press Y its on top of game disable
