Hacking R4 popping and freezing?

I bought this R4 a few weeks ago and everything was fine (except for my DS sometimes not recognising it) but for the last few days, while i'm playing it makes that popping noise your DS makes when you turn it off and then it freezes. I was playing Animal Crossing on it the other day and it froze after selling some stuff, then yesterday i was playing Animal Crossing again and it froze while saving! then last night i was playing it again, just running around and it popped and then froze again. And it's not just Animal Crossing. It happened on an incredible machine ripoff and a Kirby game too. What's wrong with it and how do i fix it?

I can tell you right now, it's a fake R4.
They're so numerous, we can't support them all.

How can I tell that it's a fake?
The box has an SDHC label on it. Official R4s never had that.
There's even a Hyper-R4i thread that's being posted (http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=148284). Fake R4s are so numerous.
I'll post the official packaging for you to look at if you want.

I know it's a clone, but i can't do anything about that now. i just need to know how to fix it

Did you try updating with the latest R4 clone firmware? There's too many for me to tell you where to look.

i don't use R4 firmware, i use YSMenu
