Hacking r4-pokemon-ez flash

I wasnt sure where to ask this exactly so I'm sorry if this isnt quite the place
I was wondering if the pokemon games on my r4 will pick up the gba pokemon games on my ezflash 3 in 1 so I can find certain pokemon in the wild and migrate them

I haven't purchased a slot2 card yet. I'm still researching about them.

Only Pokemon Diamond and Pearl can be patched to see the 3in1. havent tried on the 3in1+ yet and my games arent patched yet as im using original games. Though, I would love to see my rom Diamond to detect pokemon sapphire to gain more pokemon

You need to run the patcher before the Pokemon games can detect the EZFlash.
I believe it doesn't work the other way around - if you have real, retail games, your new patched version will not migrate properly, or at least that's what I've found.

will the catch any pokemon cheat give you a normal pokemon or one with strange stats
