I just got my R4 the other day and when I play my games with it on my NDS , my games keep jamming. Like when you play the games there are some instances when everything goes bright, it got jammed like that. Can anyone help me with this?

Let me first say that Im a complete NOOB at this kind of things so if I irritated you in one way or another Im very sorry.

Also I mistaken it as a R4, it is actually a R4 3.

I have checked the stickies and compatibility list for my games. I'm using a Sandisk 2GB micro SD card and I did update it with the latest version and me games that keep freezing is The world Ends with You (both E and U version) and Spectrobes(E and U too) but the compatibility list says they should be fine(except for the E version of The world Ends with You). Someone help me out please.

I am able to run TWEWY perfectly on my R4 with a 512MB Sandisk, so maybe back up all your data then reformat the card? If that doesn't fix it, then the problem might lie in the fact that you are using a Clone.

TWEWY's opening movie can crash if your microSD is too slow.
You nailed the problem right at the head, yes my TWEWY freeze at the opening movie everytime, I'll have to go buy a new microSD ASAP. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good one?

I used a 2g Kingston and a 1g Kingston and TWEWY ran OK on both of them. It was a proper R4 though rather than a clone.

well the clone would be the problem i think

i recommend selling it on ebay and looking for an actual r4

I'd recommend looking for a card other than an R4. The DSTT and Acekard 2 are much cheaper and much better. Personally I replaced my R4 with an EDGE not long ago. Much much better card and around the same price as a real R4.
