Hacking R4 Gold Pro Menu Error

Recently I have been getting a problem where whenever I try to load my card it shows a white screen with a micro SD and inside that it says menu with a question mark above that. I have downloaded the correct files from the link on the back but have had no success.

Did you extract the kernel? You must have a folder etc. on the SD, not just one file.

Yes I did extract the files and put the four files into the sd card
