Hacking R4 Gold 3DS Flash Cart Problems

Okay. I have a bit of a problem that concerns my R4 Gold 3DS flash drive. I managed to fix it after having used it for Homebrewing my New 3DS XL, but that's not the point. For some reason, it won't work on my DS Lite even when it says its compatible. I have pretty much everything installed and ready, but still no dice. Now, as for my 3DS, it works but only halfway. I see the icon and can even activate it on the menu screen, but then the screen turns black, flashes white, then black again; not working, despite the Home button working fine. Is there something I'm doing wrong and/or missing? I'd really appreciate some help. I even have some photo/files of what my flash card looks like along with what I have installed. Please help!

U need to reflash the original bootloader back on it

I see. Do you know which flash I have to use to boot it back up? Cause I’m uncertain.
