Hacking R4 for DS

I have a NDS Lite with a R4 card.
My files are disappeared. I don't know how to generate a new xmenu.dat. I have download a new firmware. Then, I have _DS_MENU.DAT, _DS_MSHL.NDS, _system_ files... But, when I boot my NDS, I have the same error message "no find xmenu.dat".
