The icons are good IMO, but the main frame (the one above the icons one) is a little plain. Putting "R4", "M3" OR "DS" could spunk it up a little.

Other than that, a very beautiful skin and a great first attempt. Keep it up!

i love the icons, you should do something about the hard to read text on the bottom left panel, i would also change the generic color scheme on the top right panel as the default is too bright especially with your theme.

looks awesome though! =]

1:fix the hard to read text on the rom info bmp - i suggest making a white box, tone the sensitivity to about 50% and add a border,
2:Give the icons transparent background
3: that purple doesn't fit in with the whole black/white mood, nether does the scrollbar color.

Great first skin. Only thing i think you can do better is on the background for the listing of games (forget which bmp that is) but make it so the writings more visible. Thats all i got again great skin!
