Hacking R4 DS skins

hey, can anyone make me an iphone theme with a changed DAT? i want it so its something like this..

but on the bottom screen i just want it, slide to unlock, then, once you slide it, it goes to the normal screen with the 3 box things "games" "Media" Slot 2" but all still iphone like, thanks

It sounds like you're asking for more than a custom .DAT. What you described would require adding an additional (pre-icons) screen and a specific touchscreen behavior. That just isn't supported by the R4 firmware. AFAIK no one has created a hacked firmware that can do either. That is a awesome concept for a theme though. I bet Apple would sue for infrignement.

are you sure? cause ive heard of MANY things like this.. like using some tooks to make and extra screen and stuff, forgot the name though

but then you just have to customize the DAT

Editing the .DAT will not let this happen. Your idea is good but never going to happen unless the firmware becomes Open source.

There was a tool made for R4 which let you remove the 'r4 english version' text and other stuff. I can't quite remember its name but it had the word 'injection' or 'injector' in it.

you can use any rom loader, just use the encrypting thing to make it into a dat

if someone made a loader that has cheat support, soft reset, 100%play, and was open source, anyone could make a nice dat
