Hacking R4 cheats problem...

I'm having no problems with my R4, What i have done for it;

- Installed YSMenu WITH R4YSauto
- Done everything for installing YSMenu with R4YSauto from the guide of GBAtemp(Maikel Steneker)
- When everything was copied to my MicroSD I Downloaded the USRCHEAT.dat from Narin's Database
- Putted it in the TTMENU directory.

that is everything i done at all the cheats work japanese european and american maybe this helps for you?

... welllllll that's certainly sorted out the problem I had with the other games... but chrono trigger's still not showing up :/ hmmmm.... veryyyyy interesting..

yup!!

and well since I tried that I cleaned out my flash cart again and it now seems to work x_X

.... weird things these flash carts haha

Well thanks to all who suggested stuff!! it seems to work now hehe! let's hope it keeps working...

Either follow those instructions or use YSMenu which has no problems with the cheats.

Also when you copy over the cheat files, delete the old ones first or you can have problems where cheats aren't showing up.

chrono trigger (game code YQUE) works on the r4 using ysmenu and akaio.

I am sorry to say i can not replicate your problem. It worked right off the bat with updated usrcheats.dat

and to the guy above me, check out the forum you just posted in. There are several stickies (threads at the very top) that have your answer.
