Hacking r4 cheat code editor says no cheat found

When ever I put a cheat on my r4 using the cheat code editor every thing goes good until I put the cheat on the DS, because when I go to turn them on it says no cheat found it is very frustrating

also sorry if there is already a post on this I looked and I couldn't find one but I am kind of a noob.
