Hacking R4 card update

could some one tell me or link me to a step by step guide on how to update an r4 card i am useing original v1.18 i want to update to wood but i dont know what to leave in and what to add.

Extract the folder, and put its contents on an empty Micro SD card. Then create a folder called "Games" and put your ROMS/Homebrew there. It's that simple

so the problem was i was just putting the wood folder on the micro sd now i have took out the contents and put the games in its own folder it is working but should it look so basic and thanks for the help trollology.

It shouldn't be all that basic.
It should like something like this:

You can delete those 2 text files that you see on the right side by the way.
