Is the r4 3ds Yes a clone of any specific cards? It worked on a DSi until it was update to 1.4.5 and now it won't boot.

Wondering if there's a certain software that will work with it.

Even clone carts usually have their own firmware, so there's probably nothing you can do (besides maybe use ntrboot on it to hack a 3DS but that requires it to be a clone of one of the few carts that support it and be similar enough that ntrboot works without modifications)

You should be able to downgrade the DSi whitelist with ugopwn. But you will have to wait for a european release of ugopwn if your console is european. and you need flipnote studio dsi.
