Hacking R4 3DS Gold Increase Speed in games

Is it possible to increase the play speed of the games on the 3DS? it's obvious it's not possible on a DS (or hardly) because it's almost always running at full speed, but the 3DS is alot more powerful, so is there a way to set the DS game to play for example at 2x speed (even 1.5 is fine), games like pokemon can be really slow to play (especially platinum) when you're used to play on a android phone with x4 speeds or more

The only method I can think of to speed up Pokemon is some kind of AR Code that makes walking faster.
I have the R4 Gold and DSTwo and from my experience neither one can speed up a game simmilar to how you are asking

You can't take advantage of the 3DS's extra power since the clock speed is set down when you enter DS mode.
