So, I have a physical copy of Skyrim, and because I do I have it on my home screen with the little hollow game card icon, can I just install an nsp version of the game and have it overwrite that spot? Or is that not how that works? My goal is to try to cut down the load times, I have a fast SD card and hope to make the game better that way.

If you install the same game to your SD you'll have two icons for the game when the cart is plugged in. It wont share save files. It will be two seperate games.

So I'll have to delete the icon for the physical copy and start my game over? That's sucky [emoji19] Thanks man!

Haven't you heard of JKSV and checkpoint? Both those homebrews can backup and restore your saves.

I've never tried em, just figured because the id for both games must be different that it wouldn't work. But hey, I'm glad to hear it does! I'll give that a go! Thank you!
